Stephanie has been with the City Technology Group since 2007. With over 20 years of managerial experience Stephanie has a primary focus to ensure that our clients needs are being attended to in the most effect and timely manner. Stephanie oversees operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. Stephanie directly manages and directs our client support staff.
Stephanies responsibilities also include the HR functions which include interviewing, selection, and hiring; overseeing training new and existing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; authoring and discussing with employees performance appraisals; addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards.
